The collaboration between Gioia Services CAF APS and the Collaborator is based on a professional agreement aimed at creating a network of local offices to offer administrative assistance and consultancy services aimed primarily at expats. The Collaborator, acting in full autonomy and independence, will be responsible for managing his/her clients, managing the uploading of practices on the management portal provided by Gioia Services and ensuring the delivery of the processed practices. The Collaborator will be required to pay an annual membership fee of €700 payable in two installments, which will guarantee access to the tools and services of the CAF-APS network, and to provide for the payment of the cost of the practices processed on the portal, determined by the Italian headquarters of CAF-APS. Furthermore, Gioia Services will be entitled to 35% of the annual membership fee of each client of the Collaborator processed on the portal, while the cost of the membership will be at the discretion of the Collaborator. All management costs of the Collaborator's office, including rent, utilities and other operating expenses, will be entirely borne by the Collaborator himself/herself. In exchange, Gioia Services will provide dedicated access to the CAF-APS portals, training support and free promotion on its website for the launch of the new office. This partnership is based on a relationship of mutual collaboration, with clear and transparent commitments that ensure the quality of the service offered, the protection of customer privacy and compliance with a non-competition agreement to safeguard the integrity of the CAF-APS network.
